A 10 week Muay Thai programme that follows an in-house syllabus formulated by a 3x World Champion. Your child will learn the art of 8 limbs known as Muay Thai/Thai Boxing. The course is non-contact; the children will do shadow boxing and pad work with their coaches. We focus on technique, building good movement patterns & fitness levels and most of all having fun and learning.
