Hi I am Nez, sports & exercise rock my world!

I am a Performance & Corrective Exercise Specialist with 14 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry. I graduated University with a 1st class degree with Hons in Sports & Exercise Science and then did a Masters by Research in Sports Biomechanics and ACL injury. This is where my passion for helping people move better, prevent & rehabilitate injuries came from. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients from people new to exercise, runners, post-natal mums to elite international athletes. My passions lie within Strength training and Corrective Exercise: ultimately I love helping people realise the full potential of their body and ridding them of long term aches, pains & Injuries.

I now spend my time training clients, consulting global sports brands, educating & mentoring new Personal trainers in the industry and coaching classes. Training is a lifestyle and I work closely with my clients to change life-long habits and most importantly help them fall in love with training and what their bodies are capable of. That is my favourite part!

When we love what we do it is no longer a chore.

I am a Muay Thai fighter and an Instructor/Coach with level 2 & 3 qualification in Fitness instructor and Personal training.  I am a Nike Training Camp Graduate and was mentored by the best sports and fitness trainers in the industry.  My aim is to help you move, think, and feel better by meeting your individual needs. My strengths lie in body composition, muscular hypertrophy, and Thaiboxing/Kickboxing coaching.
